Shipping vehicles is a somewhat involved procedure but as long as all
the documentation is in order everything should go very smooth. We make
sure that the customer is aware from the very beginning what the
requirements are and what situations to avoid.
Below
are the basic documents needed for exporting any motorized vehicles:
-original Title.
-original Power of Attorney signed in blue and notarized.

-Bill of Sale or original invoice. should be notarized. supplied by
seller.
-copy of ID from owner shown on the Title.
-letter of intent (we will supply this)
Take note:
-if vehicle is being titled to a company we will need, on a company
letterhead, a letter stating the capacity of the individual acting
on the company’s behalf.
-if owner shown on Title is not a U.S. resident or citizen it helps
to have a copy of the stamped entry on passport showing when owner
came into the U.S. to purchase vehicles otherwise the power of
attorney must be notarized in the owner's country not the U.S.
